Insulation and Energy Rebates in
Denver and Boulder

New 2026 Xcel Rebates have continued and still the LARGEST amounts ever offered. Rebates can cover 30-60% or more of project cost. Xcel Energy offers rebates for Attic Insulation, Air Sealing and Wall Insulation. Xcel also offers the Whole Home Efficiency rebate tier for even higher rebate amounts.

Residents in all Boulder County communities are now eligible for new rebates from EnergySmart. All rebates can be used alone, or combined with financing to fully fund your upgrades.

Income Qualified Programs:

There are several new Income Qualified Programs starting in 2026. Some are based on geographic location and not only income. In some instances, 80-100% of project cost may be covered. Click below for more information and application.
